Worst very bad attitude they feel they r only one lab in this whole world.

Worst customer service experience ever. Both techs had attitude issues when u asked them a question, gave vague answers barely even looked at you when speaking to u. One of the techs answered a personal cell phone call, while with a patient. Left the patient in the exam room, and carried out 10 mins convo. i waited for about an hr . Was told i wouldnt be seen until all patients with appointments were done. Whats the point of a sign in sheet?I didnt even bother waiting. I went to the quest lab on Ralph ave. very nice people. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Angela the tech is awesome .She is very courteous and efficient.The place has a comfortable atmosphere.

Don't bother calling this place. I called 14 Quest labs all over Brooklyn because my doctor recommended them and at half of them when I called the voice number to make an appointment I got a fax machine and at the other 7 I got the most stupid and retarded robotic phone messaging system I have ever heard. That's spelt S-T-U-P-I-D. "I can't understand you.” “Please speak clearly.” "Sorry, since we can’t communicate, you'll have to call back at another time.", etc ---- at each of the seven that did not have a fax machine answering. Unbelievable! (BTW: My speaking voice is almost perfect. I was a radio announcer for years.)
It’s a no-brainer to choose a phone system that works; and if it does not work, it’s a no-brainer to throw it or get the service company to correct it.
I mean if these guys and gals can not pick a phone system and get it working correctly, how in the world can I expect them to analyze my blood --- much more complex, I am sure. Grrr - A waste of over an hour of my time.
