About four years ago I had bought a Toyota Camry, and I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Victor Alarcon had called me back in order to check how it was going with the car. No one would have thought a dealer/salesman would ever care about your car after you leased from them. Yet, Victor at Queensboro Toyota proved he has a big heart just to do that. He was the first person I called after my 2015 Camry was “totaled” by a tree, to see if I could get another car. Because I didn’t have GAP insurance, not that I ever knew anything about it, I stood to lose a few thousand dollars. And because I have one car already leased under my name and freaking T-mobile was after me for “early termination fee” on my credit report, I couldn’t get another lease. Victor went over-gear with other folks at the dealer and they dealt with me like a family member who just lost a 11 month car to a fallen tree. In 24 hrs, Victor and his finance manager were about to convince Toyota Leasing that I was a returning customer desperate in need of a car, and there he goes on the phone with Toyota, checking inventory to see a color of my like, dealing with Geico with back and forth insurance requirements, and getting an out of state registration staff…more than anything, he was able to cut thousands of dollars for me so my new lease is a lot cheaper than the old one.

In 48 hrs, I drove away a brand new 2016 Camry from Victor. I had turned down offers from my local dealership and traveled in a train to get back to QueensboroToyota. After a week of wrecked havoc, I knew I was going to get help, and there I found Victor a trusted man ready to help someone in need.
