They get ZERO stars , the majority of the workers are very disrespectful, non professional , bad customer service skills,, I want to know who does the hires for these ghetto workers who always have music playing take hours to call clients never answer the phone and talk about parties .. I have not bumped into a worker who actually cares about us who are trying to get our lives together. Please feel free to email me .. BUT you guys need to get new workers new management , supervision or shut the damn place down. I will always give my feedback .. Please you guys need improvement .

THE PERSONEL GIVE THE WRONG INFORMATION TO CLIENTS,SENDING THEM TO THE WRONG AREAS..JUST TO WAIT THERE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME ..TO BE SENT TO A DIFFRENT FLOOR TO DO SOME MORE WAITTING
