The Cardiology department Front desk staff have No Heart! They are rude, impatient, sarcastic and COLD. They question why you have a question. When they don't like your requests, they keep you on the line for over 20 minutes OR tell you to sit down and wait while they chuckle about TMZ gossip. They move like snails doing the patients a favor. Cardiology is serious, at times fatal and a personal issue. A cold and unfriendly staff should not be employed there. I suggest they get trained by the Family Care staff who are a complete opposite and a pleasure to deal with. Also, I requested a copy of my echocardiogram and the response was as if I requested a heart transplant on the spot! When I finally got it and reviewed at home, it had no personal details (therefore it could've been anyone's) and had been copied to the disk incorrectly. Clearly they are not used to providing reports other than paper. No complaints about Dr. Avinish Singavarpu. Lastly, doctors at this location, please attempt to appear familiar with your patients when you see them. Read the results and reports of your patients before you see them so we can feel like you care about us. Don't chuckle at our results in front of us & do take heed when we complain about ailments. Changing my AVANTAGE CARE LOCATION!

Waiting time is ridiculous, 3 hours minimum. One time I waited 5 hours, five long valuable hours. They always tell me that their system is down. Its always down! They need new computers or a better server. I need to find another location.
