It's a rude library. Some of the workers act normal. But most of them showed ignoring attitude.

Not too fond of this location. I go there for the Internet service. There's a very rude counter person, not very welcoming

Honestly some of the staff have a tendency to be rude to the customers!!! That is all that irks me as of now.

The staff is what makes a library more enjoyable . Unfortunately, the staff is very rude, not friendly at all. I almost want to volunteer just to show them how to be polite to others. Howard beach library is my new library, love it there!
