I have an LG washer that needed repair. They charged $80 to look at it. Determined it needed cleaning. It costed me a total of $304 to do the service. No parts were needed. They did fix it, however, it only took 15 minutes. I was in need, I feel like I got ripped off, however, I heard many appliance repair companies rip off their customers. Good luck.
