Not a very pleasant experience. They can't give you straight answers. The salesman (whom was nice) kept walking back and forth to get information from the manager. When asked what extra fees there are the salesperson had to walk back to his manager just to tell us he couldn't disclose that information and that we had to speak with the finance department. They called us several times to come in and look at a car, which wasn't even there. They didn't know when it was coming in as well. We should have learned our lesson the first time we came in and felt like they weren't being up front. So if your looking for a run around dealership come here.

ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! - Do not go to this location. I repeat, do not go to this location.
Today I went to this dealership & it's one of the worst dealership i ever been to. Their services is horrendous. The salesman showed me the car and I was ready to buy this particular car, but based on the negotiation. After 15 minutes waiting he took me to this man named Rudy. Of course there's no greeting from him! But says "Tell me the details" in a rude way. In my head I'm like WTF. So, I respond saying shouldn't you be telling me the details about the car? He did NOT answered my question but drift away, saying we only finance here. I said, hmm. Then he said "I need to know your credit report and based on your Credit I will tell you the car price". I told him my credit score is over 800, but before you run my credit I would like to know how much your selling me the car for. He said, no i can't tell you the price until run your credit. He was very rude while he was talking to me he was doing a million other things. As soon as I told him I cannot run my credit until I know the final price. He said I cant do business with you. Now, those of you are out there looking for a car I highly suggest not go there because they will ruin your credit and rip you off on top of that. They hate when you ask questions.

My visit to this dealership was to refer a friend to buying a Gt bmw 535i 2011.I did visit their website first before walking inside!I notice on their website that their warranty stated 10 years/100,000 on the Gt Bmw 535i 2011 it sound very nice! It reel me into the dealership but once I got their and ask questions about it the saleman name Peter said that's not true it's something similar to that warranty.I told him that false advertising and he had no answer and was very disrespectful! I asked him about other Bmw cars that maybe I was interested in and told me they all the same and started talking on cellphone and walking away from me and my friend. That day he was training a new worker at the same time and the salesman mention that he was rude to me on the side.I went to his Manager and told him about what I experience and he didn't handle things right but asked me if another saleperson can help me and I was not interested! They really need to be better with customer service and tell the true on their Website about warranty.Would not recommend this dealership!

This dealership CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!! The mark up the price the price you see on the web is NOT THE TRUE PRICE it's just a number they use to bring you in. Please make sure you double check the interest the bank is offering you. This is a Fraud dealership the car I was shopping for was listed for 23959 2011 BMW with 75K miles price can be negotiated the Internet sales rep told be over the phone got to the dealer at 10am with my pre approved check from my bank. The sales guy one of the "general Managers Rudy convinced me to go with there bank that way they can offer me a better deal for my trade a 03 Ranger Rover Truck they offer me 3000 for the truck I thought that was fair he got stated that the online price is for buyers that put down 2,000 cash. I didn't question it we proceed on with him telling me that it's will be a monthly payments will be I was ok still not comfortable but ok. We made a deal and he send me to the finance department I waiting for another hour and half while they claim they are getting the car ready and getting my paper work together. They run my credit the usual with some paperwork to sign. MAKE SURE YOU READ CAREFULLY!!!!! As the finance rep give me the papers to sign I noticed on the document it stated 750i and the was selling me an LI I called it to the finance manager's attention he stated that it's all the same for DMV purpose all the trim in the 7series are listed as (i) LIAR!! The next paper was my bank information she quickly rush through didn't tell me the interest rate when I asked she stated this is what the bank approves after your credit. Rushing me to sign I asked for Rudi my sales guy.. They claim he was gone for the day. I am already tired being there for about 4 hours at this point am ready to go. I signed DONT .. the last paper was has a picture black and white with a price of 34959 as 750li but all the previous documents stated 750i the finance manager said it was ok. Another doubt!! So I told them am NOT signing that copy the car was not 34959 she process by saying this has both to do with your purchase it's for our marketing purpose so they can remove the car from the online sale. I process by saying but I will be liar why should I have to sign this if it has nothing to do with my transaction after I refused on saying it's ok you don't have to sign it. I paid for my plates the price that was listed on the contract was price that was on the picture they want me to sign for online marketing purposes and the interest rate was triple the terms was longer than I discussed with the sales guy and I had to sign a promissory note owing the dealer $1000 and they also ask me to lie to the bank and tell the bank I gave then more money FRAUD this dealership can't be trusted. I returned the car the following day after work they refuse to give me a copy of the papers I signed and my title claiming that it was voided. DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. SHAME SHAME
