Reviews to Queens Animal Hospital
I needed a travel certificate to go to St. Martin's, and this office was close by with reasonable rates. It's been such a headache (don't travel with your pet if you can help it!), but the team at Queens Animal Hospital was amazing. Dr. Rafla was kind and patient. He looked up the requirements with me and made sure we had everything we needed. He explained everything to me, carefully and clearly. He obviously enjoys what he does and his bedside manner was excellent!
The staff were all equally caring and genuine. The front desk was super sweet, and interacted patiently with the children and pets. I called earlier in the week, and she answered all my questions patiently.
Overall great experience to my pet travel headache. Thanks!!!

I took my beautiful baby puppy because he was sick and was welcomed with open arms. Doctor shark was great in the exam and Chris was wonderful explaining everything with me and my family about my puppy. Thank you to everyone .

I LOVE THE DOCTORS ESPECIALLY DR LAURA SHE IS VERY SINCERE AND TAKES TIME TO EXPLAIN. THE RECEPTIONIST MARABELL IS ALSO WONDERFUL AND PLEASANT. EVERY ONE HERE TREATS MY PET WITH CARE.

I came here because I adopted cats and one was obviously sick. I told them he needed a fecal test so I brought the sample in and they said they'd call the next day. 2 days later, I had to call them. She said she couldn't find it at the moment and she'd call me back. The next day when I still hadn't been called back, I called again. Oh, we lost the sample. So now this is like 4 days later and my poor cat is still shitting blood. I brought ANOTHER sample. This time it didn't get lost, but I once again had to call them to get the results for my obviously sick cat.
The vet did take him for an immediate free visit so that he could dispense the proper medication, which was an obvious bonus. Well, the meds didn't work so I called back to ask the doctor if he could prescribe something else. After 3 attempts and being put on hold for really long periods of time, then explaining why I needed to talk to the doctor (and not the receptionist) 3 times because every time she answered the phone she wasn't actually listening (her words, not mine), I gave up. Poor customer service when all I want to do is make my cat healthy drives me up a wall. The doctors may be competent, the prices may be good. But they are always too busy to give quality care, so I am going elsewhere.
