Queen Anna's Florist

DO NOT patronize this business. They are a scam. I placed an order at 9:30 pm on Feb 13 for GUARANTEED delivery on Valentines Day (if order was placed before 1:30pm on Valentines Day).
At 3pm nobody had shown up so I called and was told the order WAS NOT EVEN ON THE TRUCK FOR DELIVERY. I then waited all morning the next day and still nothing. I called again and the person I spoke with COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS. I paid $109 dollars for a dozen roses my fiancee never received. I hope I can get my money back someday. I don't know how to repair the damage caused to my relationship.

I called this florist after doing a google search for a flower shop in the Atlantic Beach area and was assured these things: 1st that my 4 year old daughter would get her flowers that same day, 2nd they could deliver to the address I gave them, 3rd that if there were any questions or problems that I would be contacted to make other arrangements. After the flowers were not delivered for two days I called on Monday and talked to the lady (who just works there but took my order) and she said the owner told her that she called me to tell me the delivery guy would not be able to make the delivery, I received no such call.They did leave a message with the Mother saying the delivery would be made on Sunday instead but again no delivery. My opinion of this florist is very unprofessional in her conduct in this transaction and will not be using them again nor would I expect anyone else to use them if they want their important occasion to be missed. A Queen she is not.
