Quality Inn

The hotel was a disappointment...stayed 2 nights,and housekeeping came in ,and fixed the bed...that's it..they failed to clean the room,or even change the sheets...the only thing i could stomach,pertaining to breakfast,is a cup of coffee...they have barely any t.v. channels...and there was a curious yet foul odor when we entered the room...so,we had to invest in some air freshener...the smell of dissatisfaction and disappointment definitely filled the air....

BEDBUGS GALORE!

Nasty bedbugs all over the place. The bedbugs bit my friends while we were staying over. The staff was very rude and would not heed to our concern. They accepted in front of us that their hotel is completely infested with bedbugs and they can't do anything about it. No compensation was provided to us for getting bitten multiple times by the bedbugs, not even an apology.

Stay away from this hotel and go somewhere else.

First hotel (other than a Motel 6, years ago) that we ever stayed at that refused to give us added clean towels until we handed them the dirty ones apparently they have a problem of the clientele stealing thread bare linens! Bathroom was good, excellent shower, but the 1/2 size pillows they use are horrible, again I suppose so you won't steal them. Wi-Fi was good, TV so-so. Hotel is not in a bad area. I didn't like that the charged my credit card for entire stay upon check-in, normally it's billed on checkout. This place should not be claimed by Choice Properties as a Quality Inn.

It's OK. But their "Continental Breakfast" is the worst I've ever seen. They should call it an Accidental Breakfast. It's like an alien was told what breakfast was like and tried to make it for the first time without any guidance. It's what Breakfast would be if it were painted by Salvador Dali and then pissed on. My eggs came in patty form. Spam cubes. Orange koolaid instead if juice.

You get what you pay for as they say. This place is an upgrade from a dump. Inattentive, staff from India. Breakfast is coffee and toast. Doors slam all night long. Bed bugs. Neighborhood mostly from Central America. Clientele mostly foreigners on a budget, no Americans found here.
