Excellent, fast, and friendly service. They helped out on a small order (printing a portfolio on my way to an interview), and did it in a few hours. Highly recommend!

After missing a critical deadline (to print/laminate two simply boards, artwork submitted several days in advance), and having to remind Ms. Plush that I had already sent the artwork days prior, this is the response I get when expressing disappointment over a missed deadline:

"It will have to be Monday [boards were "promised" today, Friday]. It's not like me to forget a job, but we're so busy. Busy is actually an understatement. We're running 24/7 now. I am really sorry about this."

Unfortunately moving forward, we won't be able to print your boards anymore. Our volume is too high at this point. I hope you understand."

What kind of business turns down a customer indefinitely? Seems more like personal reaction.
Guy Plush is the C.E.O. of Quality Imaging Services but I gather that any complaint would be ignored at this point.

I found these guys on Google search during a last minute requirement for brochures for a conference that the President of my company was presenting at . They were extremely responsive, flexibile, and a pleasure to work with. I spoke to them at 6:30pm on a Wed and they were able to have a proof ready for review the next morning. The job was run and delivered to us the next afternoon. It would have been done by noon if we didn't make last minute changes.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Quality Imaging totally surpassed my expectations. The best part is that they were much cheaper than FexEX Kinkos!! These guys deserve a medal.
