Quality First Urgent Care

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Quality First Urgent Care. My first contact was with Pessy and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me! A lot of Urgent Cares don’t realize how important it is to have administration like Pessy. The first point of contact is crucial!
Now on to the appointment… my appointment ran on time, the Doctor was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend this Urgent Care!”

Amazing experience every time! They tested for 3 different issues and had results on all 3 within 5 minutes... I always wondered why everyone else made me wait a day or two for results on most tests.

There are 2 girls at the reception desk that are TRULY AMAZING!! very helpful and care about patients. However, the 3 doctors I saw, none of them are really doctors, some medical personnel, physical therapist or so, looks like absolutely strange. The woman i saw for the first time looked so unsure and unprofessional so i really thought that this is a student on residency. she only directed to make 20 X-rays for someone to determine that i have a fracture.The man i saw for the second time was speaking so loud, almost hysterical asking to do additional 20 X-rays in order to get MRI. The woman i saw for the third time, left me in the room for 20 minutes, then one more stranger came and asked if i need a prescription and walked away. Whole experience is weird. I feel bad for all of us if urgency care doctors nowadays look like that. Try to avoid as you will not get any real help.
