Do not again do not call or ask for any service from this place if your insurance provider requested them cancel it and get someone else because you will be there whatever you're stuck at a long period of time. the service is terrible!!!!!

Horrible and unprofessional. Very rude and disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You will regret it, some people shouldn't be able to have businesses.

The worst tow truck company in New York City I waited 5 1/2 hours for these inexperienced drivers who really don't need to be servicing the public...Had me waiting the cold and there dispatchers is even worse. .they will never get my service again ..whoever say that they are other than is either related to them or full off crap just like them. .......

Terrible service. Took about 7 hours to arrive. Completely unprofessional tow truck operator. When they finally arrived he had no idea how to actually tow the car lacked any knowledge of what was needed or what to do. Avoid at all costs if you value your time. Everytime I called to find my tow operator I got the run around I was told another 45minutes until it hit 7hours total wait time for an inexperienced tow operator.
Side note please do not listen to Diana Alfaros review as the company is owned or operated by Alfaro Motors.

Quality Automotive has come to my rescue more than once. This establishment has towed my vehicle several times .Three times my car ( 2007 BMW ) has gotten vandalized right in my driveway and Quality has towed it to an auto body shop to get repaired. They have done an outstanding job of always delivering my car with out any extra damage. The tow drivers are always very professional, knowledgeable and on time. Its so important for me a lady driving alone to have a reliable tow service that will pick up my car efficiently. I have recommended Quality to most of my friends and they thank me all the time. Quality at its BEST!
