My wife and I found a Ford Expedition that fit exactly what we were looking for at Quality Auto Mall, the only issue was that we live on Long Island and this dealer was located in New Jersey. We made the 2.5 hour trip to New Jersey to take a look at the truck. We have 2 kids and at the time my wife was 5 months pregnant, so it was a lot of work to get to the dealership. After meeting our sales rep Daniel Sangirardi we went out on a test drive. Daniel was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly and was not pushy at all. After the test drive our wife and I decided that we wanted the truck and settled with Dan on a reasonable price. It took roughly 3 hours from the time we agreed to purchase the truck until everything was finalized. We than drove the 2.5 hours back to Long Island and found out that the drivers side window would not go back up after being down and the brakes sounded like metal was rubbing on metal. We didn't notice this during the test drive because it was the middle of August and we had the AC on the entire time so all of the windows were up.
We called Dan and explained to him the issues and he told us that we would have to bring it back to his dealership in order to get the issues fixed without paying out of pocket. I explained how difficult it was to get down there to begin with since we had the kids and my wife was pregnant. Dan himself than drove up to Long Island the following weekend to pick up the truck and he than drove the truck back to his dealership. It took about 3 days for everything to be fixed and than my wife and I drove back down to pick it back up. After we picked up the truck Dan was very apologetic for the issues that we had and he even gave us a full tank of gas. It wasn't a lot but it was a really nice gesture on his part for the inconvenience. We had the truck checked out by our mechanic and he told us that we got a really great deal on a really great truck.
Although we had some minor issues, Dan was able to resolve everything and make everything right and we can't thank him and Quality Auto Mall enough for all that they did for us. Buying a truck in a different state than you live is a gamble but they made it worth the time. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

My fiance and I went in looking for a used car in our price range. While we didn't get a used car, we did leave with a 2016 Ford Escape! Mike and Jordan were absolutely great and worked really hard and did everything possible to get us the best deal!! We would definitely recommend anyone to go see Mike. We will absolutely be going back for our next vehicle sooner than later!!

Mike Brennan was really helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns right away plus explain all the benefits that my Ford Fusion titanium have. After the sales, I came back to because I had some more questions and they were able to help me right away. I would like to say that my experience with Mike and Quality AutoMall Ford great and enjoyable!

I can't say enough positive things about the service department here. The technicians are all very professional and the managers are extremely patient which brings me to why I'm writing this review in response to BRITTANY KITCHIN. I was sitting in the waiting room when Alan (the quick lane service manager) said "I don't want you to have to come back" when she asked "why is this taking so long?" he never said "it's not my problem" he was very sympathetic and was really trying to make a stressful situation for her not so stressful. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Quality service and Quick Lane and I will tell all my friends and family to do so as well.
Fast forward 10 months later and I am back at Quality just leased a 2016 ford Explorer and I couldn't be happier. Again, the customer service of all the quality employees was outstanding. My salesman Ross did a great job in taking me through the whole process quick and painlessly! I highly recommend this dealership for all your sales and service needs!!

Bought a Ford Fusion Energi Titanium from the sales guy, Ross, a few months ago and still couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I couldn't trust my GTI to be reliable as it was nearing the 100k mark and was tired of spending the cash on filling my tank with super.
I didn't even end up with the car I went in for (Ford Focus ST), I got one much much better with a lower lease payment, lower insurance, and infinitely better on gas. I didn't even need to haggle when trading in my car. They gave me a great deal and I took it without blinking and put it towards my lease. Going to Quality Auto Mall was easily one of my best decisions ever and when my lease is up, I will be going straight back for my next vehicle (hopefully a Ford Explorer Sport).
