If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. What terrible customer service. I was told to bring the car in at 8 a.m. and I was there around then so they would be able to look at the car and give me a quote. Hours pass and no call. Around 11 I go to see what's going on with the car and they told me they are too busy and would not be able to work on the car! I waited HOURS just so they could tell me that they were too busy to work on the car?! I let them know what horrible customer service they have! They could have called to let me know or just told me that morning not to even but not even a phone call. RIDICULOUS! Next he goes on to say "well I don't even want to do the job on the car." Wow! I went to another place after all this scam happened and while this place quoted me $250 the other place quoted me $!00 and did a good job! What horrible customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. WASTE OF TIME and a RIP OFF!

bought a living social deal and got my alignment done. no issues. service was completed and car drives well. service was also explained to me. i would recommend this place.

Very friendly, kind, and helpful. THEY BEAT EVERYONES PRICE BY 25 PERCENT. DONT BE AFFRAID TO SPEAK UP, AND ASK FOR A DEAL. CHECK ADS FOR COUPONS. WILL BE BACK, CAR RUNS GREAT AND SO DOES MY DAUGHTERS.

I've been going to this place for a while and never had any issues. I get great coupons in my email. I will update if I ever have any issues.

I wouldn't give this company not even 1 star.
I paid $2500.00 and only 2 days after buying the car from Mark Abaid @ Quality Auto Center, in Linden, NJ the car had to be serviced.
Of course, neither party picked up the full tab of $454.00 it costs for the repair. Quality Auto Center wanted nothing to do with the bill and pushed it on Continental Warranty, in which they paid $125.85!! That's right!! only about 25% of the bill!
Again, this only 2 days after purchasing the car. It seems that these dealerships have "special relationships" that benefit only them and not the consumer.
I read the reviews the night after I signed, and could not get out of the contract. Stupid me, for taking a "now or never" deal. Buyer beware!
