These man are frauds. I went in to get a radiotor flush and they seemed really nice and trust worthy when I dropped my car off. They called me a few hours later and told me that along with the radiator flush they would need to replace the hoses on my car and told me this would all cost me $300. I allowed them to do the work and picked the car up around 7:30 pm that night. I drove it home and it seemed fine. When I went to start it the next day it was rumbling extremely loud and hard and then it cut off and i had to have it towed there the very next day.LARRY THE MANAGER, seemed so annoyed that I had my car towed in and barely gave me an answers as to what was going on. I left and allowed them to look at my car and when I went to pick the car the car up they told me it was $755!!!! I was shocked becuase no one called me to give me an estimate on the work which needed to be done. I drove my car home that night and the next day the car would not start. So it had to be towed thier again for a second time. I let them keep the car over night and i got my car back yesterday (feb.11) and today it leaked coolant and was overheating. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. If you value your car do not go there. I made a mistake by dealing with Larry and John who afe robbing people blind. Larry likes to tell all these stories about his life to avoid the actual problem of your car. John one of the employees is just as sneaky as Larry. They robbed me blind and I'm an innocent college student who depends on my car for work and school and these man took this away from me. They should both be ashamed and I would love nothing more then to speak to the OWNER about this. I wish I can rate this place a 0 but it wouldnt allow me. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO QUALITY THEY ATE HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Worse experience of my life, I got suckered out of $700 by the end of my trip and they only made the problem worse. It was my first car and very first time going to a auto shop. They had my car for a months before they told me it was something moving the engine and thy had to charge me another $700 just to fix it.Oh and I only had a p300 code coming up. I said no told them to give me my car and picked it up that night. The next morning the car started cutting off on me, something it has never done. I called and asked why is my car cutting off on me now? Larry said, We will look at it. A week later he told me he finally had some other guy come in just to find out it was low compression in a cylinder. The old guy Larry is a lie who talks around the problem and tells you a store before he tells you when the work will be done and how much it will be and the story's he tell are lies to. A month later i finally got feed up and just told them to give me my car. They started trying to talk me in to leaving my car there for just one more day also said all the work they are doing is going to be free.Thinking to my self its bc of you its shutting off you right its free. Anyway to top off the whole thing a week after I got my car back still not working and cutting off now, I also got a parking ticket in the mail from them parking my car on the street and never telling me. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE

I live around the corner, so I started going there for oil changes. Nice folks.
Lately, however, I've been having some brake issues and had them replace all 4 pads/rotors. As soon as I got it back, one of the noises I'd brought it in for was still happening. So I brought it back and they "discovered" a loose front ball joint. Another full day in the shop. And all these repairs have cost me $1,000 over the last few weeks.
The very next day, as I'm driving my children to school, I noticed there was STILL a clunking noise -- and then something fell out of the front wheel and my brakes started grinding badly. I had to have a tow back to the shop (which they paid for thankfully) -- but they tried to claim that the problem (a loose caliper bracket bolt falling out on the road) was not their fault. They replaced it with a used bolt (yikes) for free but told me they were doing me favor. I did a lot of googling and know that this is a LIE, because they were the last ones to remove all the wheels and handle the bolt during the replacement of pads/rotors. So YES this was their fault.
They seem like nice people, but I've come to distrust them. I am afraid to drive my car, because I don't know what else they left "loose."

What a waste of time. Bought an Amazon deal for $49 A/C tune up. Went in on Monday and waited for TWO HOURS before they even told me they didn't have the tube on their machine to put in more freon. But I kept my cool, and dropped my car off on Saturday at 9.30 after they ordered the part for their machine. Asked them to also replace my tail light while I was in, said I would be back at 1, and they said that was plenty of time. They called me just before 1 while I was on my way back, so I made sure they had the A/C and the light done with no problems. They said they were about to do the light, as if they had forgotten and I just reminded them. Still, no problem - this is a ten minute job. I showed up fifteen minutes later and they were starting the light. Ok, I thought, this will be fast. 45 minutes later I asked - what's the problem? And after all that time THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET TO THE TAIL LIGHT. I am a 23 year old woman, and last time I did the tail light MYSELF. I told them to just forget it and give me the car. They tried to charge me nearly $200, and I told them I had the Amazon deal - then they STILl charged me an additional $60 ON TOP OF the $45 I paid through Amazon. I should have argued, but honestly I just wanted to get out of there. I wasn' the only one waiting, either - someone had been there for so long that he BROUGHT A UKULELE. Another guy had gone out to grab breakfast AND lunch.
I expect terrible service through Groupon-type deals, but I don't expect terrible service AND extra charges. The moral of the story- don't waste your time with this shitshow.
