Quail Heights Apartments

Recently moved here and it was all good at first. But they slack on notifying tenants on any repairs they have for the next day. Which they should start being more professional about the whole ( notifications) at least set up emails for the management office. Also now the pool is so stupid with the new rules. now you have to buy a membership if you want to enjoy a once a week in a pool for those who have to work all week and will probably have one day to relax in the pool. You guys need to step up your game and do some modifications with these issues and also the parking sucks especially for visitors people that live in the building park at the visitors parking spaces and it isn't fair for the actual visitors. Everyone pays so much rent here and i don't even know for what the building needs work. YOU NEED TO REMODEL A LOT OF THINGS IN THIS BUILDING!!!!!!!!!!! BE MORE HIGH TECH AND ANSWER YOUR PHONES WHEN PEOPLE ARE CALLING IN THE OFFICE.

This building is a scam the new owners are charging 21 dollars a month, claiming its for capital improvement that's a 100 percent scam you can't force anyone use your verzion package. My lawyers are looking into it now. If you choose not to have cable or wifi no tenants should have to pay a fee of 21..This place is a no star

I loved my terrece and live the use of charcoal
Grills the pool is great and great big baths
With soaking tub and a garage

I love this place because there is a humongous swimming pool. I feel cozy, but this apartment is a little too small.

I have lived in many places - from Queens to Hell's Kitchen and I have NEVER had landlords as awful as the ones at Quail Heights. It's a joke! From lack of repairs to poor up-keep to the obvious fact they don't care, I am thankful I've succeeded in convincing a few people to NOT consider moving in here.
