In my opinion, I would have to say the worst bank. The service is ok when you actually go to the branch, but good luck calling them. They never pick up the phone. I lost my card and tried calling…….

I tried calling them all day, not once did anyone pick up the phone.... goes to "shoretel answering service" visited the office, it was closed at 9:15 am
lets see if they answer email.
BTW, when I called at 3:25 I got "The recording that said our offices are closed" well at least the answering machine keeps regular hours... kind of reminds me of those commercials for big banks and their lack of service
