I am Quality Mechanical Systems. First I would love to make the situation right to "bob". The customer never called to say there was a problem nor did he list ALL the items that were done for $1000- there were 5 repairs made he only listed three - distortion of the facts. The shower valve alone was more than half the invoice. All prices were quoted up front and approved by customer. Customer supplied the water filter system which cust. was advised was not correct for the application but wanted it installed anyway. Toilet snaked twice, - first time snaked then flushed 3x with toilet paper and showed housekeeper a WORKING toilet, second time pulled out a piece of plastic lid (kids in the house- can not control what is put down a toilet after I leave). Oh by the way, even though something else was now clogging the toilet I never charged for the second toilet snaking - for good customer relations. Shower valve, never notified there was a problem nor given the opportunity to correct it. Also never had the pleasure of dealing the the Mr, only a very happy Mrs. Again customer service is important to me and have hundreds of Happy REPEAT customers. The customer did not even have to think about "suing", I would have been glad to correct the problem if I knew that one existed.
