Terrible! I brought my pure breed shih tzu here and I told the groomer exactly what I wanted and he did the total opposite. I was so shocked when I saw my dog. He told me that my dog wasn't a shih tzu and that he looked better shaved. Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend.
