I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the quality service provided by your company to me regarding my 2012 case. I especially want to commend Amanda Potamitis the paralegal/case manager for her outstanding assistance to me throughout the case. Ms. Potamitis was always very courteous and attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that I received all the information I needed in a timely manner. I am highly pleased with the professional manner with which she attended me, such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with your firm and will definitely refer any friends or family your way.

I made a mistake choosing this firm to represent me. Bad, bad mistake. Attorneys coming to hearing with no documentations. Whatever you call, email, send to this office is lost forever. Phones are unanswered by rude receptionist who just forward you to a voice mail with no response ever. My advice is stay away from Pyrros & Serres.
