I called PuroClean when we had water leak the day before Easter Sunday.
We just had our bathroom on the 2nd floor installed the week before, and the water supply line was disconnected because of the cracked nut.
The installation people came and told us that was the manufacture defect, and there was nothing they could do about it. They also told us the water damage was minor, and I just had to let it dry for 24 hours. I could not trust what they told us, so I searched online and found them. The water went down to the 1st floor bathroom that is right below our 2nd floor bathroom. It also went to the kitchen and garage. We had water everywhere.
Robin suggested to call our insurance first knowing that she did not have a contract with my insurance company.
Filing a claim turned out to be the best decision I made, and I would have not dreamed to call my insurance if she had not suggested me to do so. I cannot thank her enough for her honesty and advise.
I am also thankful for her husband who called me a few minutes later to follow up. It's hard to find a business that will advise what's best for the customers. They are very honest and will take the best care of their customers. Highly recommended!!
