Such wonderful, attentive staff and Dr. Liff is just the best! I bring my 16 year old mix bread here and always feel like he is in the best hands. I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to have them in the neighborhood.

I have been incredibly impressed with the care these folks take. Both of my cat and of me. They are very thoughtful of the cat's overall health in what they recommend, and are always mindful of cost as well. Everyone is kind and caring and lots of fun too.

On very short notice, I brought in my 11-year old cat who had been vomiting small amounts very frequently over a couple days. He was listless, dehydrated, had no appetite. The vet was gentle, caring and thoroughly considered a long list of possible causes with me, then presented a list of options and costs. So I was able to select what seemed affordable, and most urgently appropriate while declining some services that seemed possibly unnecessary or overly expensive. After only a few hours the cat was drinking from his water bowl, using the litter box and by next day, eating. Back to normal in about a day! We were very relieved and appreciated the good care.

My cats are my BABIES, and coming from a very protective mommy I love and trust Brooklyn Cares with my little darlings! I was inspired to write this after my sweet Jupiter was brought back to me in his stroller from tests/bloodwork as calm and happy as ever, as if nothing had happened. They are friendly, informative and their caring for the little ones is genuine. I know someone is out there reading this that loves their pets very much and wants to ensure a good experience!
