Pupilo is !!!AWESOME!!! They get me the higher refund I've ever had in my life. I did not wait too long and when i was waiting they gave me free cookies and soda. !!!AWESOME!!!! i Will always going to do my taxes at Pupilo..... Also I did my taxes With Jeffry his the !!best!!

Be careful, I did my taxes with pupilo for more then ten years. I never has a problem with them until the state contacted me for o audit. I then contacted pupilo agency for help on what to do. They pretty much gave me the cold shoulder. During the audit that now went back seven years, they pointed out the multiple mistake made on my taxes. Pupilo agency didn't want to provide me with any copy's of what they did on my taxes, they tried to charge me for the papers. Pupilo agency is also one of the most expensive tax prepares. I regret going to this agency because now I have to pay back for all there mistakes. I tried to contact them a few times but only leave messages with no reply. most of the staff there change every year. the only good review is from there employee them selves.
