Great place for kids parties. Great prices, and very clean and well managed. They run a tight ship and are able to deal with the large volumes of people who choose to party with them here. Your party will go fast, and your kids will have a blast - the staff are young and energetic, and the owner who I spoke with while I was there was involved and helpful. You can see that he cares about the satisfaction of his customers and making sure everyone has a good safe time. I am booking this place again!

The owner of this place should make new rule's. And should fire any of the staff. That talks to kids baldy.

I walked in late and the staff was rude to me. They were telling me I needed to sign in and once I did they were very vague on where I had to go. I then went into the room and the attendants for the bounce houses were good. It was once we got into the party room that I was so disgusted. We only had 10 minutes in the second room. We then went into the party room and there was pizza for the children. My mother tried helping because the two staff members were no help what so ever. They just stood there. There was pizza on the table for the adults and my mother made sure the children were okay. Then they took the pizza for the adults and gave it to the children. There were too many people in such a small place. Then the staff thought it would be a good idea to play duck, duck, goose in a room so small that 50 people could definitely could not fit in. They pushed the tables against the wall and it was still too small. My cousin tried to run and bashed his head into the wall. The children were tripping over the tables and others feet. The tables were not cleaned off while the cake was being cut. So my mother and all of the parents did it themselves.Then the cake was cut so small, and things were a mess. I was so disgusted that I went to the manager. The staff was rude to me and I did not like that because I am about the same age as them. I was asked if I am a child, i am 18 years old, and was offended. The staff could not control the children so the parents had to step in. This was honestly one of the worst parties ive been to in a long time. I expected so much more from this place, especially when I heard all of the great reviews from it.
