- Terrible #237387

1. Very challenging to even find the place. Poor signs.
2. Miserable check in process where you have to enter info of every kids and sign a waiver.
3.And once the party is over , they kik you out

I took my daughter to a classmates party and it was our first time ever going to pump it up. I did not see the sign indicating she needed to wear socks. It wasnt until the party was nearly over that one of the people running the inflatables told her she couldnt play and made her cry. All because she didnt have socks on. I thought about having her party here next year but definetly reconsidering after this experience.
