Imagine the most ghetto place you can in Jersey City then staff it with uncooperative, bitter locals, head it up with a doctor that knows shockingly little about common childhood illnesses then house the lot in a dirty, sub-standard facility. That's Total Care Pediatrics. We took our son out of despiration - he was bleeding after a fall and it was the closest facility to our home. We discovered a horror that's not suitable to care for rodents let alone children. The people here are the worst. Just listen to the outgoing message or call the receptionist and you'll get a hint of what I'm talking about. It's sad to know there are medical facilities like this anywhere in the world, let alone the US. Somebody should put this place on news show like 60 minutes.
