If you value your sanity, DO NOT GO TO PUGLIESE KITCHENS! After TWO MONTHS of wrangling with Greg Pugliese and various staff - we finally fired them from our job! We are not even sure if Greg even put our order in -- and after following up with him and Angelo and Dante and others -- we realized he might be conning us. Here's what happened - We bought a $2,500+ 'panel ready' refrigerator from P.C. Richards -- some 3 months ago! -- all it needed was some custom cabinetry panels to match our kitchen...they recommended Pugliese Kitchens. So we called them and started the process - that was over 2 months ago...Shortly after my mother described the job specs to Greg (she's 91), I drove there to deliver a panel they would need to match. Greg assured me in person that this job was 'no big deal'. Well, apparently it was a very big deal -- they made us very aware throughout our follow ups with them that we couldn't expect much since it was a 'small job'. My mother allowed for that fact when she would speak with them...But after two months of waiting for answers and getting absolutely nowhere - and I mean nowhere - no straight answers to direct questions, no time or date for delivery...I would call and she would call. We got the complete run-around. Greg would tell my mother one thing and me another - playing us off against each other. We played good cop, tough cop - all to no avail. Finally, my mother rang last week to follow up AGAIN! Mind you - at this point - all that was needed from them was the answer to ONE QUESTION - when can the installer stop by your place of business to pick up the panels? Well, the girl who answered the phone lit into my mother! She was told - 'We'll call you when they're ready' - the installer was calling them to find out too...and he was in touch with us almost daily waiting to hear from Greg but no word ever came. So after this girl yelled at my mother - she got off the phone and decided to use her kitchen guy...who has worked with us before. He dropped by THE NEXT DAY -- this was last Friday (7/25) and guess what? Our panels are being installed TOMORROW -- 4 days after placing the call!! I cannot imagine that Greg or anyone in his shop treats his 'big' customers any better...They actually beat up on an elderly woman...they knew her age too...She lost many nights sleep over this...and they were aware of her frustration. This is for a fridge that by the time it's done will cost over $4K!! And, Pugliese could've cared less!! My mother is as it happens an amateur woodworker - and she has renovated many kitchens HERSELF! - so she knew EXACTLY what needed to be done -- and this creep couldn't be bothered with her business. They are by far the worst contractor she has EVER worked with in her entire life.

My experience with Pugliese Wholesale Kitchen & Bath was an exceptional one. I was shocked at how inexpensive and quickly I could redo my kitchen! I placed an order and my cabinets arrived in on my doorstep in 2 weeks. My designers name was Angelo. He was a great guy and knew his stuff. The price he gave me, was the price he gave me. No hidden fees. Everything was very honest and upfront. I couldn't recommend them enough. Everything worked seamlessly.

Beyond shit!!!!!

They will never call you back if you have a problem.
The cabinet quality is not great
My drawer faces fell off in the first month and no one ever came to help me.
The tracks on other drawers fell off and no one wanted to help me.
Leave them a message -- you will never get a call back
Try and call them - forget it, you will never get them on the phone
They will promise the world but deliver nothing. DONT FALL FOR IT like I did.

My Wife and I recently decided to look into the possibility of refinishing our Kitchen. We had just added an addition to our split level house and we were on a limited budget. My in-laws had refinished their kitchen a year earlier and raved about their experience. I was initially skeptical since their price was so low. I was impressed by the quality of their Cabinets and the Counter tops.
After going to Pugliese we met the owner Jimmy. He was cordial and friendly. His design team created a floor plan and 3D images based on the cabinets that my Wife selected. After providing an initial estimate we were not pressured into anything. We left feeling calm and relaxed...not anxious that we had to make a decision. Over the next month we researched other stores. To our dismay the quality of the other stores was not as nice. Also to our dismay, the quality was not as nice and the staff was all about pressuring us into immediately making a decision and leaving a deposit. We returned to Pugliese and were met with friendly faces. The price was higher than our budget but Jimmy worked with us to lower the price. We made our deposit and left feeling confident about the purchase. Fast forward and the kitchen has been fully installed for two months now. My wife is extremely happen with the kitchen of her dreams. Every one that comes to our house comments about the beautiful new kitchen. I cannot explain how happy we are with the service and quality. I highly recommend Pugliese Cabinets.

I have to say that Dawn is amazing to work with - she knows her stuff. They are so BUSY that I can understand why there was a negative review but she is amazingly accurate, sweet and the absolute go to person to get things done. So I would definitely cut her slack - she was never rude - just very "get to the point". She was always responsive as well.

The products are amazing!! Jim is great with pricing and David is amazing with DESIGN. The only thing I warn you about is to make sure that estimates are accurate. (knobs- trim - tiles etc) For my job - I was over ordered TWO cases of ceramic back splash tiles that are unreturnable now and also lots of extra molding. This now all sits in my garage. :( Even with that - the pricing and outcome is so amaizing - I am still willing to rate it 5 stars!!
