THE WORST PLACE EVER ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR
THE OWNER DOES ENT EVEN GREAT HIS CLIENTS
PRICES CHANGE IF YOU ASK FOR A SMALL CHANGE
LIKE CAN YOU ADD ONIONS TO MY STEAK/ SMALLER PORTIONS

I've gone to this place for years with my parents. This past Mother's Day I wanted to take my mother and my aunts to celebrate on Saturday (day before Mother's Day). I made reservations for 15 on Monday (5 days before). I received a call from management on Friday that they realized that they can't take reservations since its a busy weekend. Then they proceeded to ask if we will consume alcohol because if we weren't that it would be bad for business. The food is average for them to treat this restaurarant as premier and their customers like that. We decided to make reservations to Rumba Cubana at their new location on Blvd East. They were able to accomadate us on a very busy Saturday. Puerto Vallarta Restaurant called us back Saturday to please come in, guess they realized they weren't as busy as they thought they were going to be. Never going back.

Went here last Saturday. The churrasco was awesome, the margaritas were the best I had and the atmosphere was nice as well.
