Service sucks ! Every time I call I either end up having to cancel or they just don't show. The guy on the phone is ALWAYS RUDE. tell you 5 minutes and have you waiting 20. No customer service skills at all. That's probably why they have such 'reasonable rates'.

incredibly unreliable. they take forever to come and if they actually do arrive they drive off if you aren't outside within three minutes of their projected time. the guy who answers the phone in the morning is very rude. if you ever need to be anywhere on time don't call this car service.

I called for a cab to pick me up. After waiting for 30mins I called and cancelled. The driver decides to call me and curse me out. UNPROFESSIONAL ISNT THE WORD!!! Never again will I use this service.

Dispatch told me someone would be downstairs in 6 mins and I didn't even give them my address yet. Then when I go downstairs and wait, 20 mins go by. I call them back, they tell me the guy drove off cause he didn't see anybody. I asked why didn't he call me, dispatch says "hold on". He come back on the phone 5 mins later to tell me they don't have anyone available. A complete waste of time.

Four stars, I would have given them 5 but once we asked if they took credit, on the phone they say yes but in the car. Nope! Otherwise the service was quick, reliable, they knew there way around better than most yellow cabs and we had no complaints. Our last driver dropped half of us off at the Port Authority and the others in East Harlem and he was great. Id recommend these guys to anyone.
