Came in and Jessenia was a big help was not sure how to go online and make the payment Jessenia went Step by step and guided me threw it that's what I call customer service

After dealing with bad attitude from management at the Bronx location I was forced to look for a different location in doing so I come across this location in Yonkers that met all my expectations including one most important one a friendly staff in which I had questions and was easily answered.... I am much pleased with the unit and staffing.

I made a reservation online to reserve a unit on a Tuesday evening. On Wednesday evening I had an email from them stating that they tried calling me several times, meanwhile I received no phone calls or voicemails from them, to confirm my reservation and to do it online. When I tried to confirm online they told me that I had to call. When I called on Thursday afternoon they told me that they couldn't keep my reservation and I could still have the unit but at full price not the online price!! The woman on the phone kept saying "after 4 days" I kept telling her That I made the reservation 2 nights ago. How is that 4 days? She said regardless she can't honor the promotion and would have to pay the normal price. I told her no thank you. I would rather pay more and go to one of the 2 competitors within a 2 block radius than give them my business. Such a shame because the PS in Pelham was awesome.

Great experience at this location. The sales reps are very friendly especially Lyniece she is extremely helpful. After seeing several storage spaces, this location by far has the best height space. I highly recommend this location because of the staff and accessible space.

So I came into public storage and rented today, and I just have to say that the staff at this property are so friendly and well trained I felt like this wasn't my first time storing. They made me feel like my belonging were in safe hands. Angel, lyniece and Brittany are very well trained, very professional and if my friends or family ever need storage in the future, I will most defiantly recommend them to this property.
