Public Storage

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Chris was very knowledgeable about the storage space i needed. He was also very helpful and detailed in describing the units and storage process. I have already recommend Chris and public storage to my friends and family. Excellent service!

August 5th I received awesome customer service from Chris, I found him to be a most warm and caring person who was very detailed /professional in answering/helping me with my storage concerns, im sure Chris is a great asset to public storage

I do not have anything in Storage, however I stop by there to get a box and some items to mail something out through FedEx. Though I have passed by this storage several times over the years, this was my first time stepping inside. I have to tell you that I was so impress with their customer service and their pleasant attitudes. The young lady that helped me (Margaux) was so wonderful. From the tiime she came over to assist me, to the time I left, she was able to work with me and get me everything that I needed, and even helped me carry some of my things out to my car. She was a pleasure, and if I needed to put something in storage, her pleasant attitude would convince me to do it there. Good Job :)
