This place is great. I was very surprised to see how clean the property was and also the locker I rented. I use to rent with the competitor, which was awfully dirty and rarely maintained. I was helped by Esmerida, who was very sweet and had a genuine need to help me. Exceptional customer service.

Excellent experience throughout my entire time with Public Storage in Hoboken (started Sept 2015). Staff are excellent, friendly and efficient, Rosemary and her team have always been helpful, I am very happy I chose to store my valuables here. Great location too, close to main street in town (Washington Street).

Ashley was the best! Very polite and friendly! When we arrived at Public Storage in Hoboken, we were not 100% sure we want to rent a storage there, as the prices are kind of high. But Ashley made all the difference showing us the facilities. Very well done, Ashley!

Ashley and Rosemary are the best!!! They gave me the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I came in at a hard time looking for a place to store my things and they knew how to make this difficult time a lot easier. Thank you ladies so much for everything!

I had a really nice experience booking a Storage unit here. First off, Esmerida is friendly, helpful, knowledgable and really made the experience easy. We were able to get a discounted rate and they have everything you need to get started. Locks are available so you can move in right away. Location was clean, storage unit itself easy to get to (on the 3rd floor, climate controlled) and exactly what we were looking for.
