great facility and very helpful staff. dealt with Tony when transfering units. The only complaint I have is the yearly rent increase! ridiculous raises in rent!

I received wonderful customer service from manager Shakia. She was understanding of my situation and helped me save money by giving me the $1 promo. This location is super close to where Im moving. And very clean. If I could make a suggestion it would be more carts. Overall experience was pleasant and process is easy

The service I received from property manager shakia was superb. she answered every question. Was diligent and knew her stuff. The facility was clean and very convenient. It was very busy I had to wait to be helped but Shakia's positive attitude and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The only negative is she handles the property alone in which I will call corporate because she should not be alone. I came back 3 times to buy boxes and there she is by herself. But her positive attitude remains the same! Great job shakia!

First time renting a storage unit and this experience was simple and painless. Made a reservation online and got a great deal on the first month's rent. Went in today to complete the process and Shakia was super friendly and knowledgeable. I signed all the paperwork, got my access code, and was shown to my very clean unit in a climate-controlled area. Would definitely recommend this facility due to easy rental process, friendly staff, and close proximity to 208 (you can see it from the highway, very convenient location!).
