The facility is clean and safe. The staff of Dazni,Shamari,and Emily were amazing. They answered every question in a professional,courteous manner. Anytime I've gone to my unit they always say hello and value you as a customer. I recommend this Public Storage facility in Jamaica,Queens to anyone. Two thumbs up!!

Dazni & Shamari are absolutely the best! They answered all of my many questions. Very professional and friendly. Excellent customer service! Will definitely refer anyone I know looking for storage units.

I called 2 hours before my appointment to see if I was going to be able to be seen earlier since I already was near the area. Luckily, Ms. Dazni was such a great experience and she accommodated me. Once I walked in I received a warm welcome. Dazni EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL of the storage including the walk through in which the place is VERY CLEAN. As of right now, I am very pleased with the experience I received at this location.

My experience with Public storage was excellent, the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the right selection of storage space that was appropriate for me. I recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!
