I'm very happy with the customer service I received from Jeremy. He walked me through understanding the leasing process and assisting me with my payments and finding a unit.

This place was very helpful to me today. All of the people there were so kind and it reminded me of why i love new york. John helped us open up our new storage and gave us such a good vibe. He was very helpful, explained everything, and made the move very smooth. I am so happy that i have given my money to public storage!

Tiffanys customer service was exactly what my family and i needed to feel secure. She went beyond the call of duty for us to find the right space/unit . We greatly appreciate the area of expertise with the company and the professionalism she displayed.

My friend rents a storage unit from the location. He always talks about the service that he gets there so I decided to go with him and check it out for myself. This young woman (Tiffany ) early in the morning apporched us and gave us the best greeting i've ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service possible. When i rent a unit im coming back to this location and I want Tiffany to assist me. She should be a manager because she takes the leadership role with her team everytime im there. She is really a true leader when she needs to be and a team player because she always helps out.

I had a great experience, one of the best employees I've ever met named Samantha she helped me a great deal, she was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns. The tour of the facility she gave me helped me find just the right unit.
