Like the facility, clean, easy location, child friendly. Caroline was awesome, gave my child some markers and paper to keep busy while we discussed my unit.

Christine was great very helpful and spunky. She made the process of moving our items in seamless, pleasant and pain free. I recommend bringing your items here even if you're not in the area. Good spot.

Let me tell you, Jasmine is THE BEST person in retail I have encountered in ALL retain experiences. Sweet, kind, patience, thoughtful... she deserves something. Please hook her up with an award of some kind. She made my first experience great.

Love it. They make it so simple and easy. Best of all no contracts!! They do like they say- they provide public storage. They keep it clean, clear and easy to use. Best of all the prices are great. The staff go the extra to get you up and running (thanks Jacinta, people like you make P.S. so good.)

If I were to write this review only based on my experience before Jasmine assisted me, I will rate this a -5 but the focus of this review will be on Caroline and Jasmine. My first experience was with Caroline who proved to be knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain to me what I needed for my upcoming move. Jasmine was the sales associate who helped me after 2 associates in the facility had rattled my nerves raw. She was polite and knowledgeable and helped me secure a unit which I had reserved online and the 2 "managers" whom I had. She understood what customer service meant and I left there very happy with the service that I got but only because of her
