I was moving out and needed to have all my items boxed up for the move Victoria and Darnicia were very helpful.They went to the great extreme of helping me make sure my items would be protected for the move,made me not wanna leave this facility . Thanks for the outstanding service ladies.

I rented a unit few days ago the young lady Victoria was very helpful. The unit she showed me was just what I needed, the process was fast and painful. Lol Even though I told her I had all my items packed up she still showed me some products that might be of good use to me. Thank you Victoria for making my first storage rental an absolute pleasure.

I went to public storage to purchase boxes which I left emptied handed because the prices are to too high but I did encounter a yup lady named darnica helped me she offered me every box in the office she was beyond helpful and carries herself very professional at the same time made me feel comfortable and was very informative she deserves five stars for outstanding service

I was moving and needed storage space for my personal items. I called Public Storage on Van Dam Street and theyvset upa reservation for my. I arrived there and Darnicia and Keyonna welcomed me to the establishment. The staff were very cordial and professional, and helped me find the right space, at the right price..The property manager Darnicia, and her asistant Keyonna escorted me to the units and made me feel at home. I whole-heartedly recommend Darnicia and Keyonna as valued employees at Public Storage, and it was a pleasure working with them.
