the worst storage ever !!!!!!!!!!!! Very high prices for small spaces. Short hours of operations.
And some of the staff are very unpleasant.
And I have experience with other places , so I know what am I talking about.
When I went to Manhattan Public Storage and the Fox storage in LIC they were really suprice about prices at this storage.
If I could I would give them zero stars. Hate this place.

I came into this public storage to pay my fathers bill, the workers here are great they always happy to help. Thank you Adriana and Paul. The property manager Katiria is always lovely too. Thanks again guys!

i was already an existing customer at the location Adriana helped me out today to get another unit because I am redoing my place. I rented the 10x10 and bought about 30 boxes. Adriana was a great help thanks for everything. This is a really great location!!

At last a storage company with great customer service! I only have one complaint, Adriana and Keyanna should be working for my company here at Premier Paralegal LLC. These ladies were great, very effiecent in the entire process and I left out of there feeling satisfied with great service and money well spent. The place is clean and easy to access. Thank you girls for your proffessionalism the those lovely smiles keep up the great work.

I was having a problem with my storage payments on auto pay, Ms. Orquidea was so helpful and very understanding. I was all paid up and she gave me the proof of payment I needed, by providing a receipt that had my payments. She was awesome and saved me a huge headache
