My daughter went to p.s. 124 in 2004 she was in kindergarten and Ms. Monroe was her teacher.
I think Ms. Monroe cared more about her make up then the students. I found her to be a rude teacher and pig like. she tried to leave my daughter back in kindergarten. Who the hell gets left back in kindergarten? This is what she tried to do. I refused to allow this to happen so I took my daughter out of p.s. 214 and sent her to a new school where they tested her and put her in the first grade. My daughter is now in the 11th grade. I'm glad I stood up for my child and not let this clown face teacher get her way. Two years ago I went to that same school to pick up my little brother and who did I see that clown face Ms. Monroe talking with another clown teacher and looking at me. Now the other clown teacher I don't know her name but I do remember her telling my son that the apple don't fall far from the tree. I wrote her a note about that dumb comment and left it in her mail box in the office.
I'm glad she left before I could see her. when I went to the school and saw both of the teachers I felt sick to my stomach.
