Definitely above average. I was nervous about renting a truck in Brooklyn because I'd had a bad experience with renting from UHaul in Brooklyn (empty tank, broken gas gauge, etc) and Brooklyn locations near Park Slope had reviews like "Never rent here." PSTP didn't have reviews. When I phoned they sounded reliable. We got a clean 16-ft truck, on time, full tank of gas, no problems with the truck, and drove it to North Adams MA. The only small con a wait at the counter for the truck to be ready. The location was an easy walk, about 10 minutes, from the G train at Metropolitan Avenue.
