My sons laptop wasn't charging so I took it to PSOFNTECH so they could take a look at it. Within a couple of days they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. And best of all the price was right. Their prices are much better and their service is much quicker than the big stores like Best Buy. I highly recommend them.

The Dell Inspirion PC is notorious for hard drive failure so when I asked Pedro of PSO he knew right away what the issues were. I returned to him with a new drive to replace the old one that failed. By the next morning everything was working fine he even managed to save all of the data from the corrupted hard drive file. So everything works old data is saved on the new drive and it costed far less than a new PC or someone like staples or office depot to make the repair. The best part was the time he took to explain what the possible outcomes would be and taking what I needed to happen into account. Best was he spoke in English not geeky computer nerd language. PC service is never fun but at least when it all works out well you can mange a little smile and a sigh of relief my half grin was thanks to PSO.
