PSE&G said they can't always call me before turning off my electricity. But they can ALWAYS call me to change my billing. Don't fall for their flat rate billing. It is a total ripoff. Maybe that is why they push it so much.

We would like to send KUDOS to Justin Bonderowitz for his quick and
efficient service in restoring our peace of mind in regard to the gas
smell that invaded our living spaces. We are grateful for this gentleman
who is also a fine professional. (Thank you for coming over the bridge
to Lafayette Street in Ironbound to restore our faith in humanity!)

I wouldn't even give you a star if I could. Power off at 5pm and it's now 3am the next day with no power. Food is melted in my freezer, and the people who answer the phone are rude as hell too. Telling me that my food is fine in freezer for 18 hours.... GTFO! I'm soooo glad I'm moving out of state so that I don't have to deal with you guys!

PSEG took over in Jan of 2014- ever since then my bill has been increasing little by little it is now at $180.00.(as of last month) i am afraid to see it next month because we have been running our AC
my Bill was ALWAYS 68.00-80.00 every month even with AC running-
i now use less electric and i unplug everything, and my bill keep getting higher and higher.
i cannot afford for my bill to be this high-i have gas stove and gas dryer- so it has nothing to do with them. i do not understand how a company can keep raising prices on people to this extreme! especially middle class families... BULLSHIT! I miss LIPA

also- when they took over they had to change my account online- i finally got that taken care of but for some reason i can NEVER get online to pay my bill... and when i call- forget about it- im on the phone forever trying to actually reach a real person! it is ridiculous-
they are a horrible company in my opinion
