I WILL NEVER BOOK AN EVENT AGAIN AT THE ROOSEVELT BECAUSE OF PSAV. They are very unprofessional. They will charge you labor hours for time not worked. Members of their crew will walk off of a job. If you hire outside labor and get your equipment from an outside vendor, it is 8 times cheaper.
