I had a great experience. Pete and Anthony were a wealth of information and extended themselves beyond my expectations. I had a 500 gig SSD installed in my lap top. They cloned my data, did a complete system diagnostic, performed the installation, and returned the computer to me in 24 hours. AND, their price for this service was incredibly reasonable. I hope my computer doesn't need to be serviced again, but if it does, there is no question as to where I would bring it. These guys were terrific.

I travel as a salesperson all over the state, I was in Nutley to sign a $21,000 contract when the unthinkable happened. My printer stopped working. I was lucky enough to be right around the corner of Pete's business. I walked in, told him my situation. He quickly installed the printer drivers to fix the problem. I was fixed and ready to go in 20 minutes. AND he would not even accept payment for his time. I highly recommend PS Sytems, I know he "gets it" when it comes to customer service. It's refreshing to see a local business that is built on superior customer service. A+++

Dropped off my new laptop because I dropped it and HP doesn't cover drops.
They told me to pick it up at the end of the week, I asked them if they were sure, I needed it by the weekend, they said yes they were positive it would be done by then at the latest.
I came in Friday and they gave me all sorts of excuses, like the part was on back order, ups lost it, but no one bothered to let me know to not waste a trip there.
I just took it back and found another place PCL SOLUTIONS around the block. They were really nice, much nicer store, and said it would be done later that day.
They managed to fix it the same day when PS couldn't do anything in a week.
DON'T GO TO PS SYSTEMS. GO TO PCL SOLUTIONS!!!
I should have read the reviews first, doesn't look like I'm the first to have an issue.

Customer Service??!! This is how my experience would define: Poor, horrible, terrible, miserable, unprofessional, rude etc. Because, even after more then 3 weeks since I left my computer, they said they didn't have time to fix and even "touch" my computer!! If this is the service then it is the worst service to be found anywhere else in the whole planet.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It took them 12 days just do diagnose the problem. After telling me it will cost $450 to fix the problem. She also mentioned that it could be more because she doesn't have the prices for the parts yet. (how is that an estimate if you don't have price of the part numbers?) She then called a couple of days later to say my it will cost $950. We told her not to fix it. We went to pick up the computer a couple of days later, and guess what??! IT WORKS!! There was a problem with the connection to the battery so it would not charge. So I guess when they took it apart and put it back together, it magically started to work.
