- Terrible #43128

Why can't I get the branch number instead of being diverted into a sales pitch????

Also, bank refuses to issue coupon books for home loans, will only do online and I do NOT find it convenient, I like having the booklet to keep track and insure that I paid the monthly payment.

Customer service stinks!
