One of the worst trucking companies we have ever done business with. They were to load 2 containers for us, rescheduled the loading date without our knowledge, missed loading again and then on the 3rd morning their drivers refused to do the business they agreed to altogether. It's been almost a week now and they are still holding one of the empty containers in their yard (although they told me they returned them 4 days ago). They made no attempt to help the situation and no apology for the damage they caused to with our customer and their supplier simply stating "there's nothing we can do about it". Horrible experience, possibly the worst we've ever dealt with.
