I have been to this park before. I have traveled to this park during a field trip. The class had seen the boathouse and a swamp. This park is a great park.

It's such a beautiful place. You can discover little treasures every day. There is a skating rink, restaurant and the restroom opens at 8am. The wildlife is thriving and hawks can be found throughout. Biking, running, walking, dog beach and So much more. There is also a nice Police presence so one feels safe...It's a green oasis in the concrete desert

Great Park to spend the day. Lots of historic statues and locations are fun to see and photograph. I find this a educational setting for everyone likes history. At this park there's a green market. I It's fun to get something to eat before you hike the park. There are several sites to visit inside the park. One is the Audubon Center. They offer educational experiences too. Historic fountains and statues. You are right there near the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Gardens. There is so much to do and see in the vicinity. I've only been once or twice to spend the day. This is certainly a good place to get out of Manhattan.

My go to park since I live down the street. If you want a central park vibe, but don't want to go all of the way to Manhattan....go to prospect park. On the weekends they have a market and there is always something to do. I usually bike here and find a quiet spot to meditate.

Love, love, love. Walk here lots. SO much better that it used to be. Love it in the summer, fall, winter and spring. Like a little piece of the country here in the middle of Brooklyn. I keep finding amazing places and vistas. One of my favorite places!
