Called them up to find out price on Ninja300 SE 2014. I've told them that "Bike shop in NJ is offering me 2015 Ninja 300SE for $4900 out the door (taxes, license and delivery included).
I've inquired if they are willing to sell me 2014 SE model for $4700. I had cash and could have came in the very next day.
The sales guy starts to laugh and says he can not possibly let it go for anything less then $5200 otherwise he is losing money.
I've said no thank you and hung up. Sales guy texts me 5min later asking if I want the bike for $4950. Did not even dignify it with reply.
Went to dealership in NJ got 2015 SE for 4800 OTD. Had it delivered it today. No problems.

Experience & service is inconsistent- so I have mixed feelings. The owner Mayo is a great guy- the others are so-so. They can give good deals if you buy from them- just need to negotiate. When it comes to service, they have the same standard rates (sometimes they can get overwhelmed if there are a few bikes to be serviced) but extra service like tires can be iffy. Their rates are sometimes more expensive than buying from outside and they do not seem open to negotiation on that.
So, go for standard services but as with any shop, double check what they did. They do inspection and that's usually quick and the standard $7 fee. Be nice and they will be nice- it's a family run shop. However, always make sure to protect your interests and shop around for the best prices. You could always ask them to match the price. 9 out of 10 times, they will..

I purchased my bike a new Kawasaki zx-6 from Prospect Cycle back in April 4th 2015. The bike is cool, but a little over price for a left over model. It's business so I don't take it personal you live and learn next time searching for a new bike. I will be patient and will search thoroughly for the best deal regardless of location. The level of professionalism is good. I always been treated well and never had any complaints. If I need some advice for mods I'm looking to add on my bike Andrew always make sure I get the best bang for my buck possible, and since he a motorcycle enthusiast well they all are it makes the process that much easier to decide. For example, I notice tank slappers while riding by bike so I came to Prospect Cycles and ask Andrew what can I do about this. He recommended steering Damper and explain the purpose for it. I was convinced I needed one so he ordered it for me. So, in the matter of 2 days the part was here they called me and let me know it was here. I was highly excited and curious at the same time to see how this component works. They installed it for me and Andrew thoroughly showed me different setting and all. I rode my bike back home and was soo IMPRESSED with the handling and firmness of the bike! Good people.

We drove over an hour to get to the shop because the deal on our bike was remarkable. No gimmicky add on's to it. What was quoted over the phone was what we paid.
Bruce was beyond great. He's very personable and seems like an honest guy. We were there with our two toddlers and he knew exactly how to entertain them while we waited.
