Prospect Interfaith Family Inn

Been here for a year in a half due to my health I cant work so its taking me a little longer to get out of here this place is horrible my anxiety has gotten worst I have to spend lots off money getting food outside because the food is horrible and the workers are not train professional how to talk or treat people I had a housing specialist walk over my little daughter she was 1 at the time she had a tantrum and set on the floor I went to pick her up and the lady didn't even say excuse me walk right over my daughter when she came back I ask her to pls don't do that again she responded with excuse me what you said you're daughter shouldn't be on the floor am busy that same lady did my room inspection saw that I had two little teddy bears in my daughter's crib which she wasn't in and she wrote me up saying that there was clutter in my daughter's crib my wife has ask repeatedly for a maintenance position since we been here they always told her there is nothing available but new people that get here got jobs write a way. Meetings are the same thing all the time tell you there is no help and Trenten you if you don't comply you get kick out we where giving appointment's to see the worker which she has my wife phone number you cant be a minute to early or to late they wont see you and you get a warning but plenty of times we get there we sit there waiting and we find out from another worker that my current worker is not there at all or other days she is to busy she cant see us but we miss one appointment or late we get a warning letter that is not fare they do monthly fire drills weekly sometimes 3 times a week some times the fire alarm goes of no announcement till like 3 min later you cant tell if its real or fake there always playing with the fire system I think they do it to annoy people so they get out of they rooms they also have maintenance people come in elevators with big garbage bin wile there people in there. elevator constantly braking down I have arthritis in my ankles yet I have to walk up to the 7fl Couse they will brake down I know I shouldn't complain aim grate full I have a place to stay but me and my family are not animals I didn't chose to be here before I came here I made 67,000 a year I supported my self and my family but I lost my job laid off not fire or quit I don't think people should get treatment like this I think dhs should investigate this place or some one hire in power there is so more I can say about here just to much to say.

this shelter was awful i lived here back in 1996

i hate this place food is bad the workers are not on top of their jobs i don't like it
